About Progrid

Progrid Industrial develops and manages multi-tenant flex industrial space designed for how businesses actually grow. Each campus gives tenants professional space that can scale from a first lease to a multi-location footprint. Our tenant base is intentionally broad — companies signing their first commercial lease, trades and service businesses, small distributors, and Fortune 500 satellite operations all lease alongside one another.

Most flex industrial product on the market today is decades old and wasn't built for how tenants operate now; Progrid is building the next generation of it — purpose-built, well-located, and designed to be an asset to the businesses inside it.

Progrid is currently closing on its first location in Elkhorn, Wisconsin, and is actively expanding throughout the Midwest and USA.
